Dan is a multiverse creative director; he has hands-on experience at all types of multinational agencies such as Leo Burnett, MullenLowe, Shift, and TBWA before he starts his journey at M One. From a young age, Dan won the Young Lions local competition and represented Sri Lanka in the Young Lions programme in Cannes, France.
Dan believes strongly that a brand should create a long-lasting relationship with its consumers. His belief began with his role as an Art Director in the creative department, which he nurtures today as Creative Director. With 15 years of work experience in advertising, Dan has become adept at using data and insights to formulate successful brand strategies and create meaningful, relevant, and brand-engaging campaigns for both local and global clients. With the ability to ideate and craft for a variety of platforms, from activations to 360-degree brand campaigns, Dan has created successful communication campaigns for several international and local brands, namely Mercedes,Nestle, Hilton, Mobitel, Cargils, Maliban, and commercial banks.
When he is not thinking of creative campaigns, Dan spends his time in the world of bikes; in fact, he owns his own collection, and he is a lover of the outdoors and performance cars.
